Mr. Tom Herget brings to Risk Lighthouse tremendous leadership experience and energy in running a successful business.

Mr. Herget is a life actuary with extensive experience in financial reporting, project management, profitability drivers and business operations.
Tom has served as appointed actuary for several companies and led installation of financial reporting packages in the life insurance environment.
Tom is a past Board member of both the Academy of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries and remains active with both organizations.
Tom holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois.
