There are four types of professionals that are candidates for association with Risk Lighthouse:

  • Intern. The student is currently in a graduate program in finance, economics, statistics or actuarial science, with excellent data analysis and program skills. Good communication skills are required.
  • Recent graduate. The person has graduated with a graduate-level degree in finance, economics, statistics or actuarial science, with excellent data analysis and program skills. is looking for challenging creative work. Good communication skills are required.
  • Seasoned practitioner. This person would have ten to twenty years experience, familiar with financial institutions and risk management skills. Communications, technical and/or managerial skills are needed.
  • Independent contractor. The independent practitioner or recently-retired professional would find this option attractive. The contractor would have explicit Risk Management skills and would work with RL on a project-by-project basis.
