We offer a one day ERM Seminar oriented towards mid-size and smaller companies which is a comprehensive introduction into ERM. Since ERM must start at the top in order to be successful, this seminar is geared to the Senior Leadership of a company. The Seminar concludes with a risk identification exercise which will likely generate a number of eye opening ideas regarding risk in the organization. It will open the attendee’s eyes to new concepts and ways of looking at risk, and allow them to begin to understand the complex, correlated world we are in. At completion, the conversation regarding risk and mitigation will have a new urgency and clarity in your organization.
Implementing a program without a solid understanding of the concepts and processes at critical levels can lead to overlooked correlations, or a very mechanical program with little insight.
