 | Founder and Chairman: Shaun Wang, PhD, FCAS, MAAA Dr. Wang has extensive research and industry experience in financial and enterprise risk management. Shaun has studied the recent financial crisis and measured its impact on financial institutions’ investment portfolios and capital positions. Shaun organized the August 2009 ERM-II Research Workshop on “Systemic Risks: Regulatory and Policy Responses” and served on the Committee for the ERM Symposium from 2005-2007. Shaun was the founding executive director for ERM Institute International and serves as its Scientific Director. He served as Editor of the ASTIN Bulletin. Shaun is the inventor of the Wang transform. He worked seven years in the P&C industry before returning to academia.
